deng.. this is odd. did he get shot dead or something? cuz he really just disappeared. i was the one that helped prototype this lip. maybe i can call the manufacture and see what the deal is. the guy that made the lip was a real cool guy. he's based here in california. none of us has ever met PJ in person before.

I had went to my bank and filed a transaction dispute. I had paid through Pay Pal , but used my Visa. I had temporarily gotten my $199 refunded until this mattter is further investigated by the Visa company. I had originaly oredered Nov. 10,2003 Pay Pal trans #3ny79814ew246745p I was number 13 on list of paid in full members. I hope everone that was unfortunate in this matter get justice. I also am filing a case to the BBB on this guy as well.

well i called the manufacture. they told me 150 of em' were shipped out. so i dunno what to tell u guys..
if u guys really want to.. i can most likely get you guys these lips made. i'm local to the manufacture so i can keep an eye on them.

Something must have caused this guy to bail so quickly. If his whole purpose was to stiff people, he would never of had the lips made......there has to be more to this than we know, but bottom line is people got stiffed.

i dunno man, maybe he got shot. he seemed to try to stay ontop of this thing. and i doubt he even really made money off this lip, prototype cost wasn't cheap at all

I actually spoke to PJ about 3 weeks ago and there were several excuses that he gave me. Viruses nailed his computer system = lost ALL data, he had pneumonia for past 3 weeks = losing his shop and working from his house. At that time he said he did have intentions of getting everything to everyone that had ordered.

I was under the impression that the manufacturer only made 50 lips to start with. 20 of which went to SWA. At this point, I'm clueless. I'm really lucky that I did receive the front, but I got stiffed on the rear. I finally reordered through SWA (thanks guys). I hope PJ does the right thing.

Someone has already been to his shop and he had already moved everything out. I'm not exactly sure what the appropriate channels are for approaching this and getting our money back. After some searching, I did come across a phone number...908-354-3871, although calling him will probably not get our money back.

The street address was not listed, but it says he's in Elizabeth, NJ. There couldn't be that many Peter Del Valle's in NJ.

I don't know why you guys still haven't contacted the local [NJ] police & atty gen. about this..the BBB won't do isht now. That is basically you're only route to even have a chance at getting your $$ back..making a list here of ppl screwed doesn't do anything if no action is taken by ppl. Good luck

I have nothing to do with this but a class-action suit isn't going to solve anything (plus i don't think that you can do a class-action suit if you don't have the product) . The lawyers will get most of the money and yall will get D1ck. So the best thing to do is for yall to get your names together, everyone get the paperwork from visa and banks, copy of check and reciepts. Go to the COUNTY cops in his county and ask to speak to the detective. Thats how you get the ball rolling. Then you can file charges and bring forth a law suit. I'm not an expert or even knowledgible, but i think those are the best steps.

I cannot believe that I read 4 pages into this thread and yet NOTHING has happened to this stiff. I think you guys need to get the ball rolling on this. I found this little tidbit on the New Jersey Attorney General's website:
