Im looking at buying the HALO Angel Eye Headlights for my 2000 Maxima and i just wanna know if anyone has any suggestions on the install or any problems with em. And ive also seen all clear/chrome taillights but im not sure if they are street legal or not. what does "S.A.E/D.O.T. certified" mean?

As far as the Angel eye headlights, they are direct plug-n-play for the 2k-2k1 models and ARE street legal. As far as the clear tailights, they are NOT street legal because of the missing red reflector. I would think that part of the lense would have to be painted red to pass for legal. But I also heard that some of these clear taillights are not made up of a "reflector" in part of the lense.
