I just uploaded pics onto cardomain that I took today. Big thanks to Costcowholesale for taking these pics for me! They are 19x8.5" 35mm offset Axis Hiro's, with 245/40ZR19 Hankook Ventus K104 tires. Suspension is Ground Control coilovers with Koni yellows. And Stillen rear. MaxxTuning lip, dunno where it is

At almost the lowest setting on the coilovers, I get some rubbing during fast turns, but at the height in the below pics I get no rubbing whatsoever. The ride is fantastic. It rides smoother, less bumpier, and tracks better than my 16" Nokian all-seasons I had on for winter. Wet traction is awesome, and at very high speeds, road noise is almost nonexistent.

btw, front grill in the process of being shaved/bondo'd so nevermind it. Tint is 20/20, Hella angel eye fogs, FoliaTec caliper paint, Magnaflow ss tips.

Its a shame about your lip man, I just can't see why you didn't get it yet. Those wheels are just sick...I would take them in gunmetal over my SSRs any day. You have great taste! Best of luck with getting the MT Lip and all...keep up the good work. Oh and is that 15% tint?

Thanks Hamy. I'm hoping things work out both for me and PJ.

From what I remember the tint is 20% F/R. 30% is the legal limit in Ontario so I wanted to keep it close.

Nathan I gotta ask where you picked them up and if you can share the cost. I thought I like the Spiders a lot, but after seeing these on your car, these are much better looking.

I bought them from Northeat Auto Design in Maine. Ask for Mike and tell him Nathan from Toronto sent you. I paid the price on there website but he was able to do magic on duties/brokerage for me.

VERY nice! Those wheels look great on the Max. Hope you get that lip soon, I remember I was going to just on that deal when it first started, but it just didn't seem too reliable to me. I just recently ordered the Stealin' Aero lip from Southwest.

You've got a good eye Nat

oh yeah, next project, slap some black paint on those calipers

Those rims look awesome!! Very original with the grill. Not sure where youre heading but be sure to post some pics of the finished product. Those rims would look absolutely sick with a deeper lip/smaller offset.

Man that looks vicious!! I especially like how you have that contrast between a white car and your blacked out headlights/windows. The silver on the rims just sets the whole look off.

After 1 day and more than 100km's of city/highway driving, I don't have any rubbing. The drop right now i'd estimate is 2.5" in the front and 2-2.5" in the rear. It's hard to tell exactly how low on gc coilovers.

If I went with a lower offset, I think the tires would be too close to the fenders for my comfort. So if you wanted the 9.5" wide one, you would have to go with a higher offset than 35mm.

Thanks guys for the compliments, I might just paint the calipers black and see how it turns out.
