Where is the best place in RI to get my car tinted

it's across from nanaquacket pond <however you spell that> on main rd.

 

how dark are you going? i'm being told that 70% is the legal limit in RI for new cars (which they come out of the factory with). i was told that most new cars probably wouldn't pass inspection with any additional tint. i don't feel like spending $200 for something that i will have to remove in a few years.
