I'm back in the maxima community...
Well, after loosing my '96 max to a fire while driving it a few weeks ago, I got a great deal on a 2002 maxima. It has 32000K miles on it and is in great condition. The only downside is that there is no sunroof, but I can live without it even though I love them. I've never seen a maxima with wood trim like this one and it makes it look awesome. We talked the guy down to $15555. Here are some pics.

Yea, I noticed those extra body moldings on a lot of cars when I visited NY a few months ago. They put it on to prevent the bumpers from getting chipped up from idiots that can't park right on the streets. It's a pretty good idea & it looks great when done right. (In this case it is.)

I get the car tonight. The first thing I have to do is get that stupid little black sticker off the back by the "maxima" writing. It better not be too difficult.
