Hi,
I've been experiencing a noise which sounds like a spring popping coming from the driver side whenever I turn the wheel only to the left from a stop. I have H-Tech springs w/Illuminas struts that were intsalled a few months ago and it only started making this noise just recently. It started doing this after my 2 week vacation. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.

 

I think it probaby has something to do with the strut bearing. Did you remember to put your strut bearing on. I had the same problem when installing my coilovers.

 

Sounds like strut bearing to me as well. It's a gray plastic disc that sits on top of the top hat. Also, could be "OUT" isn't facing out on your tophat, though doubtful since this should've started immediately. Remove the strut and inspect the above. How-to on my site if needed.
