Dumb Question

Anyone know where the Idle Air Control Valve is on the 2000 maxima? If so can you tell me specifically where it is?

Thanks.

I guess no one has the answer to my question. Unfortunately, I have no idea where it is and I'm in desperate need of help here.

IAC valve should be located on the throttle body if your car is equipped with one. It lets air into the engine when the throttle is fully closed (bypasses throttle plate) -- if it goes bad it can cause stalling and/or mixture problems (too much air)

The IAC and Fast Idle control solenoids are located above the throttle bady near the firewall. There usually is a large tube coming from somewhere on the airbox to the solenoid pack.
