Hey guys, how fast an auto maxima can go ? ( I dont mean stock) what is the best time recorded for 1/4 and 0-60mph so far. I am wandering how fast an auto se2001 with all imaginable mods on it would go.

Who's the fastest max out there ?

fastest auto max bar none is don...probably the fastest max overall on top of that too

 

For 5th gens... mingo came in with a 15.3 (stripped interior) and Paul2kGXE is a close second with 15.4. Mr. Burner and Maxima2000SE are third with 15.6

 

How fast is Don's car again, i forget his times.

 

those times are with a lot of mods, or are they with just the basic's

 

Tony C. ('99 SE) will soon be the fastest. He's got a mean direct port NOS setup. Someone has a SC auto Max. I don't think he visits Maxima.org much.

 

Mine is with a cone intake only. It feels just as fast with my custom cold air intake. I will soon find out.

Well skimax is S/C'ed but his tranny is about to go. He sez he runs mid 14's on 19's. hehe.. Don does 13's....N/A....scary.

 

I should be going to the track next week.

 

I have run a best of 15.6 but I have not been to the track since I got the nitrous. I will probably be going pretty soon. I'll let you know!

 

NOONOOooo not stripped.. she just felt like wearing something lighter. thas all.. my car heavily modded then. i was running half tank of chevron gas and 4 packs of lunchables. my brother and two other friends of mine had a picnic in my car, it was pretty fun.. felt so spacious.

yeah, me and adam ran 15.6's...i just had a k&n drop in filter and he had his oscai...mingo ran a 15.333 w/ a fully stripped interior (mingo...i saw pics...fully stripped...i'm surprised you didn't take the leather off the drivers seat)...mingo was also on the stock 16" wheels...paul ran a 15.4 w/ the stock 16" wheels (i guess he had a cone intake when he ran that time)...me and adam both ran a 15.6 w/ the stock 17" wheels...we are the two fastest on the 17" wheels...17s weigh more and have more weight on the outside of the wheel which causes the car to use more power to turn the wheels which makes us get slower times...but as far as we know, we are the two fastest auto maxes w/ 17s...we are going back this friday w/ about 10 other maximas...i'll let everyone know the times when we get back
