I've had my Max for about two weeks now. Love the thing. I was just about to order AE door sills but I don't know what color my leather is. The dealer said it was gray, it looks like it's beige. The exterior is Sterling Silver. ( 2000 SE 5spd ). Is there any way of really knowing, maybe the vin or something?. Let me know...

I have the same car, 2000 SE, Sterling Mist. I believe the color of the leather is a shade of gray. I know mine looks gray. But, I also never thought to look under the hood, thanks, also for the info.
