water in headlight housing

water in headlight housing

hey guys i was washing my car today when i noticed i had some condensation and some water in my passenger side headlight housing. any clue as to how it might have gotten in there? and how do i get it out? will it mess up the xenons? thanks for your responses!

if there is no crack in the lens itself then i would check on the backside. could be a crack or improperly tightened rubber housing for the bulb. just look at the rubber boots to ensure they are on correctly and no tears.

I can bet you it's the little hole as to where the wiring for the main lights comes in.. the one in the middle, besides the low beam opening.

Or, you simply sprayed water in that area. headlight seals are only that good..
