High beam problem

Just the other day my Right High Beam headlight quit working on my 2000 SE. The bulb (PIAA extreme white) is fine. The daytime driving lights, which are high beam also work fine. Lows, fogs, everything else works fine. Both relays work, also both fuses are in working order. I have a feeling it is the daytime running lamp module, which I am sure will prove costly to replace. Anybody else have this problem?
