I am one of the foolish 2000 Max SE owners with manual seats. I brought it in some time back re the TSB for the side to side seat movement and it is still no better and I wonder if the dealer really did anything to fix it. One really has to drive it stop and go to experience the subtle but very annoying movement that the seat has. If anyone has the TSB, I would appreciate it and I will look to confirm that the dealer did anything and maybe enhance it myself. Thanks

The *ONLY* way to tell is to completely remove the seat and check if the thrust washer is on the front inside rail.

I sure hope they didn't peform the TSB and it still moves, because I just bought the stuff to do it and don't care to go through all that hassle for nothing.

Yes, it is annoying, but pulling the seat is going to suck azz. Nissan cheap bastards skimped on only one corner for what a $0.01 part and now I have to go through all that BS removing it.
