MAF part number???

I have a 2k 5-speed and it takes a while to get up to redline once it passes about 3k. From what I've read in other threads, it sounds like this is probably the MAF. I definitely would like to purchase this part online because it seems pretty expensive. what is the part number I need?? in looking on the internet I see prices for two separate parts, the air flow meter and the air flow sensor. Which one do I need to replace because the difference in prices is HUGE!! Thanks!

I have an 00 auto, and am having similar probs. The part number i've gotten from org members is 22680-2y001. This is the one from the 01 maxes. Let me know where you find it and the price.

22680-2y001 is fine for the 2000. I got one in my 2k Max and it works great. You can order it from www.jerryromenissan.com. Use promotional code "maxima" to get a 12% discount. Regular price for the sensor is like $88.06.

I had the stumble at 4k problem so I got one. Correct me if I'm wrong does the installation go like this: Disconnect Neg. cable from batt., Use T20 star wrench and unhook/clip maf? Is that all?
