we bought some piaa bulbs and we were going to put them in today and we hit a hard spot. we pulled out the orignal light bulb and then we decided to try and get the old ones back in to see if we could do it...well, we cant get the old ones back in. we are stuck with the little pin type thing that u have to squeeze to get it out. is there a way to take the entire headlight assembly out so we can work on this a little easier. Anyone have a write up?

 

there are 2 nuts, 10mm, on the tabs. loosen them and pull out the whole head light..

 

on the top right? we got those out and then we pulled and it was like something else was holding them because they wouldnt come out.

 

you have to give em a good pull itll sound like it broke but itll be ok, its a pin on the sides of the lights closest to the fender that holds the lights beside the 2 bolts on top

 

o ok, well give it a try, thanks

 

plus there is a clip on the bottom of the heads. just wiggle them and pull at the same time,,they will pop out
