se spring rate

does the SE come with stiffer springs than the GXE? if so, how much stiffer, and how does it compare to aftermarket springs? i'm thinking of upgrading to koni shocks or similar, but if i can get a good deal on someone's used se springs and they are better than the GXE springs i might do that too.

Aftermarket springs are stiffer compared to OEM.

I have springs from 01 SE w/ less than 10k miles if you are interested.

i dont really want to drop the car. we have steep drive approaches here. besides, my wife drives the max alot and wont be too excited about a lower car. thanks for the reply though.

I hate to bring this back to life, but I am trying to do actual research on this topic. I have spoken to most spring manufacturers and retailers regarding their spring rates...some actually give me the numbers, others say a % over stock...stock what? se or gle? so, I am trying to get the actual numbers on the se and gle/xe spring rates in pounds. I will follow up with some comprehensive numbers regarding almost all spring options available to the 5th gen guys. thanks for the help
