Adjusting E-brake cables?

Hey guys, it's care day on my Maxima and I want to adjust the e-brake cables since there seems to be a lot of slack in it - is there a special way of doing this? Is the adjustment on the rear calipers or on the e-brake lever? If someone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks!

the adjustment can be accessed in front of the ebrake handle...if you look down below the boot thingy you will see it at the front of the ebrake handle opening...

It's in the little hole of your stock plastic E-Brake boot. I adjusted mine recently, since I installed new rear rotors and a ebrake and boot. I'm just worried it might be too tight though...
