I have the P0420 sensor which is Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). www.o2simulator.com will get rid of that problem for 25 bux for ya Just read the install notes n such. I wouldn't wanna pay 100 bux for a 02 sensor, or 200 bux for a new car.
