Car Dying and Cleaning TB!

I have 2K Max SE, and I too have had bad coils diagnosed at about 65K. Mine came up as a coil misfiring on #2 cylinder, after the SES light finally came on. I had hesitiation when accelerating, and the car dying upon stopping, usually from speeds 25mph+. I've replaced the coil, but still having problems with the hesitation and car dying with no SES light on though. I'm going to get all the spark plugs changed and clean the TB, but I'm not sure how to go about cleaning the TB. Can someone please help instruct me on cleaning it so I don't have to pay someone else to do something that sounds simple. Also, any other ideas on what might be causing this problem of the car dying as well? Just let me know if you have any ideas...

Another problem that just came up last week too is I have pulley that's going out. It's one that's connected to the belt that controls the A/C b/c when I turn the A/C off the screeching stops. Can someone let me know what the name of the pulley this is and maybe a part # so I can see how much it's going to cost me. Thanks for everyone's help

Can you get the TB Cleaner at O'Reilly? If not, where do you suggest? Thanks again!

sure. o'reilly, napa, autozone, probably walmart target, etc. this is one of those services that is extremely easy to do if you have an aftermaket intake. the tb can be tough to get to if you do not completely remove the air box, but it can be done.

I was having similar problems. I replaced the MAF, and my car is as good as new. When I replaced the MAF, I inspected both sides of the Throttle Body; but I didn't notice any buildups.
