chrome gauge rings

chrome gauge rings

is anybody know where I can find the adhesive backing replacement for this rings, since mine is kind of came off due to the TX heat. Also what is the easy way to clean up the gauge base from this adhesive material (Goo Gone?)
Please help me out here.

just use some glue....or better yet, Epoxy
