To those who changed interior lights to blue..[pics]

I want to do the same, but ran into a bit of a problem...

here's the culprit



and the problem..



that's my climate control, and i can't get teh left side of the circuit board out of the black housing to access the lights..is it the **** that's keeping me from pulling it out? how did u guys manage?

i bet imm gonna feel like even more of an idiot after u guys tell me teh answer (hopefully)

I couldnt do it either... I was in a rush and didnt want to break anything so Im currently rockin the half blue/ half white look. Sooo.... I would also liek to know how to do this...

Yeah, been there, done that. I tried taking that thing apart to change the bulbs to blue LED's, but no avail! I believe you have to remove that big temp. **** to access the panel. I tried my hardest in pulling that **** off, but I also didn't want to risk in breaking the unit, so I gave up. It made me quite mad, because I wanted that unit also to match my on-going "Blue-LED" theme in my interior. Check out my homepage for pics!

all u had to do was unscrew the bulb out of the circuit board from the back where it was easily accessible..

ive been wanting to do this for awhile but dont want to screw it up--does anyone have a good writeup on how to swap out all the LEDs on the dash? i remember someone had step-by-step pictures on their cardomain site, which would help but i dont remember who it was
