VIS Invader CF hood is on.
Here is two pics from car club meet that we had yesterdaythat somebody had taken pics of. The hood fits almost perfect but I noticed just like everbody else that had a VIS at the meet on there cars the one side is slightly farther away from fender but is not bad. As for the meet we had 170 cars which is are new record. Now I just need to put pins on and make a hood prop.

If your hood is closed then it looks terrible. If it is popped, can you submit a photo with it closed so org members can see the fit. I live right down the street from VIS and have been wanting to put one on my 2k. I haven't done so because of fitment issues.

Yeah hopefully your hood is closed in the first pic because that looks horrible. I would send it back and find one that fits because it looks like you got in a wrech and they could line everything back up. Could it be that the hood was designed for a 02' -03' maxima and the front bumbers are different? If that is the case it may be time for a 2k2 front.

Hood is not closed. I didn't have a hood prop for the show so I left it open so i caould show off the engine mods.
The car is lowered on H&R's Coilovers are next allow with the stillen kit. Here are the first pics I had taken with it on the car.

The hood was $495 shipped. My car wasn't the hottest. There where far more cars then in the picture. Go here to find some pics of other cars that somebody else had taken.

MyownNismo, one more question. Does the hood come with pre-drilled washer nozzle holes or no?
EDIT: actually, another question also. Who'd you buy from? VIS direct? retailer?

Answers to guestions.
Holes where there for for washer nosels but ares are way different. My advise would be to do what I did. take masking tape and put over stock hoods washer hole. take pencil and shade masking tape which will give you the outline of our wahser hole. Cut out the area and place on VIS hood and use dremel to make it the size needed.
Bought off of ebay from a company called Carbon Innovations.
The hood is vented so air comes through it. When it rains the water will go through it but falls between radiator and engine so it won't hurt anything.
