AE kit

My front and rear bumpers have some moderate scrapes on them before I got the Maxima. I would really want to put an AE kit on it. Where could I find an AE kit and couldn't I just use the AE kit to replace the bumpers I have that are already scratched? O yea, and you would have to get the AE kit painted to match right?

the AE kit is not a bumper replacement. It is rather a add-on to the existing bumper and side skirts. And since its a stock part, you can get them from nissan.. but expect to pay a price.

I believe the sides and rear will fit, but the front bumper on 2002-2003s are different so the lip won't fit. You could always throw on a MaxxTuning or Stillen lip from Southwest AutoWorks... or do they have a new name?

thanks, just wait till my new BBK kit developed by me and my sponsor TET is out next week

as for the AE kit, its not quite expensive considering it comes painted if you buy the complete kit from nissan. So thats about $900, full kit, painted. If you wanted just the lip, its something like $400 bucks, unpainted. Stillen kit is about $750 unpainted, after paint would put you at more than $1000
