Projector headlights & Crooks.

Hey , I was thinking about getting the ebay projector headlights in black. But I would like to know are they as hot as the 2k2-2k3 HIDS? Because the 2k2-2k3 HIDS would be jacked in a second if u park ur car around the streets. Anyone in here ever got their projector stolen ? Any suggestions? Any comments? I don't wanna buy them and have to worry about it like all the 2k2-2k3 HIDS owners do. Well atleast the NYC HID owners. For now I got my HID in disguise (installed in my 2k headlight housing) hehe.

I've seen no posts on projector thefts yet, but even halogen owners have had theirs ripped off a few times so there is a small risk.

BTW - that sig is a bit large...

The projector light are perfect fit for 2k and 2k1 ( plug and play exept for angel eye ) if you have a 2k2 there will be a gap and you'll have to rewire ( plug and pray )

Cheers

but are they still the same shape as 2k2 lights? cause the 2k and 2k1 lights are different shape than the 2k2 hids.

I'm a bit new to this, but way would people steal the 2k2-2k3 headlights? Is it valuable?

2k2-2k3 HID headlights costs $1000 and some places even more. The projectors costs $300 (shipped). I know projectors would look hot but would the lights be bright enough ? I wanna see some pics with projectors turned on at night..

Housecor - I just got my new signature , i'll change my sig soon.

The idiots in NYC who steal the HID headlights will definitely go for your projector headlights.

I would definitely not install them in NYC.

Apparently the JDM give better lighting than stocker after all there allogen projector, it's not HID and the price difference speak for itself but I think they look much better than the 2k1-2k2 stocker. There is many guy who posted pics and they look pretty good.
