stuff I personally would do at 45K:
oil/ filter
air filter but for you it doesn't apply
coolant
brake fluid
for the coolant I would just drain the radiator, refill and bleed the air out of the system. You'll get about 45% of it but it's better than nothing. In order to properly flush all of the coolant you have to take of the engine mounts to get to the coolant drain plugs. There are two of them for the front and rear of the engine. It's not the best way to do it but you'll be fine since you are doing it at a good interval.
If you do decide to drain the block you'll need to get some 6 pt sockets, they look like giant torx heads. That is what the drain plugs are on the block.
