Anyone experince more tq.steer after adding new falkens 512? It was not as bad with the stock. Now when I hit it hard it pulls to the right.

i got falkens but not the 512. i have the stz 01?? i forget, the truck one that has more milage (that 1/8" tread or something). I dont think tires have much to do with torque steer, but to be honest I thought it was worse with the blowtenzas

I'm not sure myself it just feels more unstable with the 512, and I've used those before on my 00- 626, so I'm not sure what the deal is

strange....I have the 512s (for about 15,000 miles now) and experience FAR LESS torque steer than with the RE92s.....shich had a TON of torque steer. Granted, you 3.5 guys have more T.S. than us 3.0 guys...

As to the feeling, the 512s are a little softer sidewalls than the RE92s, so that's maybe why they feel more "unstable". I love them and think they're great (especially in the rain)...my only complaint is that I'll be lucky if I get 25K miles out of them the way I drive...

I havent noticed any more torque steer with the 512's. They grip much better than blowtenza's.

maybe your pressing the gas down farther before breaking traction which causes the more pronouced tq steer? i know with 26k on the craptenzas i cant take off past 1/2 without them screaming out of control.

These cars are very sensitive to tire pressure. If you have too much in the front it will TS badly.

Ditto here GTBIG. I havent had ANY issue with TS on my 512s. Dont get me wrong, you can still cut them loose on a less than perfect road surface. But in general, there really is no major TS.
