PIAA H4 replacement bulb
I bought some H4 bulbs from car toys are they only supposed to come on when the brights are on. Did I just get the wrong application . I need to know so i can take them back tommorrow.

So your low beams don't work, only your brights? If this is correct get new bulbs as your low beams are broken.
