Power loss

Hey Guys,

My battery died the other day, replaced it. When I started driving the car again,it felt like someone else's car. I have 2000 max se 5 spd, with y pipe and franken air with apexi filter. I figured it may take a day or so for ecu/computer to figure everything out ( not that it needed to when I put everything on, ran nice from get go). One point remember stomping on it in 2nd gear, car would not increase rpms past 4500 or so, air intake made the noise but it actually would not go up the rpms. Now it passes into higher rpms, but seems to bog down when it does ( about 3500 rpms in 2nd, 4500 rpms in 3rd). Seems to run better if I accelerate moderately. Def loss in high rpms, air intake makes sounds, barely crawls up the rpms and feels like it is bogged down. You can physically feel the moment the car does it. Been 2 weeks now and not getting better.
Just seems strange this happens after battery replacement, no hint of this kind of problem prior to, and I get on that pedal alot.

Any advice before the garage takes my wallet for a ride ?

Thnx
needle
