There are 2 really small differences if you look close. I should be getting some locking lugs in the mail really soon and when I put them on I'll weight the rim and tire. I was going to do this anyway because I wanted to see if they were any lighter than the stock wheels and tires, but when I initially put the Exel wheels on they pretty much felt like the same weight. Give me a week and I should have the weight difference between the stockers and these.

BTW I got extremely close to getting the Hiros as well. They look awesome. All you need now is a front lip.

how hard is it to install the led bulbs? cause i want something bright and white and dont feel like buying bulbs cause they will never be that bright as led.

These LEDs install like bulbs. Them too are plug and play.

921s are the same as 194s and WILL fit all sidemarkers and parking light.

Not sure what you're asking but these are "clear focused lenses" according to the web site.

I'm not too sure of either of the weights. The Exel wheels were about as heavy as the stock wheels. Whenever I can get ahold of a scale I'll let everyone know.
