i believe it was maximadave that did instructinos, soldering extensions onto it...BUT, me and a few other .org members did not need to. when you remove teh O2 off the stock pipe, you will notice that the o2 wires are held by zip ties. clip those zip ties and it becomes much, MUCH longer. no extension needed. it'll barely make it, but it'll fit perfectly.

Great, thanks for the info. Now I installed my pipe on my old 98. Is the 02 basically the same thing? Also, are the hp gains noticable? I already bought the pipe but didn't do much research prior...Thanks

no doubt...it's just the little bit i could do....just like i ran into problems, if you did, you'd let everyone else know

and yes, the O2 is the same, a wrench unscrews it and screw it right back into the new one. no difference. i never dynoed it, but the best i did was i have this strip of highway that i always get a little pumped up, and since i put the y-pipe, i noticed a HUGE difference in my acceleration. i used to always top out at 120 on this strip and when i did it again, i topped out at 127-130. i plan to dyno at some point. i'm just too lazy, work too much, and deal with too much other crap.

I have an 01, but I'll post my experience. I have noticed some mid range power increase, but not much low end. At the track I went from 16.01 to 15.9. I am auto and have FC intake and b-pipe. Y had only been on for a couple weeks - could be better now.
