Both will warp your rotors if you have the chronic warpage problems.

Metal Masters are noisy, although for me they're bearable.
QuietStops are pretty quiet.

QuietStops fade under heavy braking conditions, or at least I noticed so.
Metal Masters stop REALLY well. I really love the braking power of the Metal Masters; they work even better when hot. If only I had a caliper/pad upgrade that would fit the stock 17" wheels and had Metal Masters on them...

i have had ceramics for over 5k in the front. QS in the rears. QS dust like a ****. the front right one squeaks a little, nothing major, and dust is minimal..

I used the Raybestos QS all around for a good while... probably went through half the front pads. Fronts warped 2 times and were getting close to a 3rd by the time I installed the BlehmCo BBK w/ 2004 OEM rotors and Metal Master pads (stock calipers, so stock-size pads). Metal Master pads have warped once so far. Occasional prolonged squealing with the Metal Masters, but they brake much better (at least, with the 2004 rotors). Dusting is similar, except the Metal Masters produce more of a rust-brown dust than the Raybestos' black dust.

just in case you want another one to think about: I'm using Bendix Titaniums - which can be bought at your local Autozone or Advance Auto usually (so no shipping, no waiting). They're inexpensive, have decent bite, no fade to speak of, and are totally quiet. Oh, and not much dust. Just a thought incase you want another option, since I haven't used Quietstop or metal masters.....

what about EBC Greenstuff?

I had the Axxis Metal Masters on the fronts and they were noisy. When they were gone I put a new set of stock pads and it they just braked better and smoother. I have the QS on the rears and they squeak a little when I reverse but other then that it seems like they're doing good.

I got QS with cross drilled brembo all around... NO noise, way less brake dust than stock. there is a little fading when driving hard for a long period of time. But over alll I'm happy with the purchase

agree with you irish...i went with the bendix this time, and the stop is adequate...i mean i feel a difference between my previous pads, but i also paid about $90 for those. what i like now is that my bendix are quiet, and the stopping power is still enough to keep me worry-free.

and yes, i bought them friday, did them friday nite....much better than ordering and waiting. how much did you pay, i paid $32+tax at this parts store that i feel has some very good prices.
