Brake noise

Just yesterday, I had pull one of the front wheel to check my brake pad since my pedal sinks very low to the floor. Oddly, the pad seem to have plenty of usuable life when I pulled the caliper off to get to the pads. When I reassemble it back. Now i can hear a funny noise when i am slowly driving it like a wobble-like noise. Did I screw something up? I'm not an expert on brakes but perhaps someone can give me some insights.

1. Did you put both shims back?
2. The pad with sensor must locate on the other side, "not" the side you are facing.
3. Have you tighten the two 14mm bolts tight and snug?
4. Re-lubricate the shims with high-temp lubricant. The lubricant is copper color.
