new headers

well got the hotshot headers today a few ? 1 how tight do i make the bolts on the headers i got no directions. also i need to drill a hole for the o2 sensor iam gunna take it to a muffler shop to get the hole drilled and a spot weld for the threaded piece they supplied. well can i install the ypipe and then go to the muffler shop to get this done or do i have to get it done before hand. i also recieved 2 copper " washers if u wanna call it that" goes between the header and y pipe how do these work do i tighten down till i cant anymore is this a good seal? also any suggestions on the removing and adding of old and new header y pipe combo thanx

tighten everything pretty good but after having them on for a few weeks or a month go back and make sure they are still tight...and the welder will be able to weld the bung on with the y-pipe installed. As far as removal and install, give yourself a whole day to do it and if you have the money pay someone to do it...it will not be an easy task
