Would anyone here know if there is a major difference between installing an air flow filter and a cold air intake system??

I had installed a weapon-R air flow meter, but the guy that installed it for me damaged my air flow meter and u can imagine the problems I had afterwards. I am thinking of installing one again but am looking at my options of which one would be better for me since I live in NYC and temperatures vary.

Thanks for the help!!

Word from the altimas.net forum is that SSR is having trouble with their intake manifold. The rumors run from they just need a little more time to it wont work. If this is true more than likely the special sauce IM might have run into the same or similar problem. Hopefully the rumors are just that and everything is going according to plan. I would love to see a good performing adequetely priced IM in a month or so.

Not the SSR intake manifold. He is referring to the intake manifold that SR20DEN came up with.

Imo SR20DEN is probably getting tired of us pushing him on this. He has said before when it is ready he will let us all know.
