O2 sensor replacment

Well like everyone here my MAF went on and yup it was the O2 sensor. Took my 2000 maxima in and the dealer recommended me changing all four of my O2 sensor (~$800 ) , he said if you change 1 or 2 its just a matter of months before the other ones will fail. So should I listen to his reccommendation, and is O2 senor replacement something fairly easy that I can DIY, any suggestions, thanks.
