TEIN S tech springs groundclearance

Hey guys I have a maxxtuning style lip and stillen rear. And I'm probably gonna get Tein S-techs.How much ground clearance will I have since I have the lip on.And how much the bumpstops did you guys who have S-techs cut off?And this might be off-topic from my post but when you 02-03s colour the amber part of the tailight do I have to just take the bulb out from the back in just spray in there over the amber?
Thanks in advance,
sorry for the long post.

I'm dropped on S. Techs and love it. Yes your just a few inches off the ground but if you drive safe you will be ok. No driveways, or speed bumps unless you take them at an angle. Here are some pics...btw you spray red paint into the bottom hole of the taillights to make them full red. Check the forum...we just had a post on this earlier in the week.
