Wires and plugs under seat?

I was vaccuming(sp?) up the car yesterday and I noticed a bunch of wires and plugs for something under the 2 front passenger seats. I have leather seats. Are all the wires/plugs for optional heated seats? If not what else could it be?

If they are for heated seats does it mean its prewired for heated seats? If so, what do I have to get to make em work.

You Would Need The Heater Elements And The Switches That Fit On The Armrest For Em.

I have a ton of connections and I have the heated seats and airbags in the seats. Caution if you have airbags in seats, don't disconnect unless power is off and battery disconnected.
