Help removing door panel

Hey guys sorry I'm a beginner and need some instructions removing the door panels in a 2003 Maxima. I don't want to jack anything up.

If you look in the audio/electronic section the was a write-up, more than a couple posts back. It was for a 5th gen from what I remember.
