hi guys. im installing a 2k2 leather seats into a 2k1. problem is the leather seats have memmory. wirings are just too crazy can u give me any advice to how to wire this up. since the hardness are different. basicaly i just need to know what wires are positive and negative. there are 5 wires going to the motor. i just need to know what wires are which on those 5 wires. thanx for all ur help guys.

lol, man I was going to bid on those seats too, but for that kind of money you can get a custom leather kit in the GD forum.

I'm having similar issues with 2k3 seats into my 2k2. I was hoping to find an unused harness on the pass. side that I plug into to get the power seats going, but didn't find one. As for the driver's seat, the plug underneath the seat is twice as large as the plug in my 2k2. I have to find out what colors are for power seat functions. I'd like the memory seats, but I think that's more trouble than it's worth.

 

i had trouble w/ my interior swap also.... i went from manual to power 2k3 seats....but my driver side doesn't work, it only has one plug and the 2k3 had 2 i think, i cut the harnesses from the 2k3 car.... if ya'll like, i'll take pics and post them if it helps.... btw, my passanger worked like a charm...

 

on your drivers side, you need to swap the seat motors and then splice the wires and run them underneath the carpet to your passenger side, and if you have heated seats there should already be a harness underneath the drivers side just plug and play and plug in the switch where is belongs
