I never would of thought a maxima could hold a hit that bad and still be in one peice, especially a hit from an SUV! Either the japenese dudes really figured it out with the crash dummies or your g/f is really lucky. Once again, sorry for your loss.

Gio, your girl is gonna be stiff for a few days bro, hopefully it doesn't conflict with plans. These things seem to happen at the worst time. Good luck man.

The most important thing!!

Sorry to hear about your recent accident Kloogy. The most important thing that there was no loss of life or limb because these are the people and things we cannot replace. You'll never have the same Max VIN: 125124697171948 whatever, but you can always build a better one. Take care of your girl I hope that things go well for the both of you!!!

Damn bro, sorry to see that. It's really a shame, and I know how it feels to lose your car like that. Glad to hear that your girlfriend is doing ok. Don't let insurance push you around, make sure you get exactly what you want from them, and fight them until you get it. I'm still waiting for my settlement check after 4 months because I let them push me around.

Once again, sorry to see that, and I'm glad she is doing ok, and I'm sure you will come out with an even better ride soon.

Glad to hear that all are ok. A life is precious and irreplaceable, a car on the other hand is. Just think... you won't make all the mistakes on the new one you did on the old one.

Sooooo sorry to see this! Reminds me of shortly after I bought my car and saw pictures of a car similar to mine (color and everything) wrecked. Made me cry. Now to see your white 2002 Maxima like this....

And just a friendly nudge to everyone else... stop being such hawks asking what he's doing with the car and parts already. It's only been a day! Show a little respect

Update. The Dork in the Trailblazer's insurance company called me today, and informed me that the information he gave the police was for a policy that he allowed to lapse in March of 2004. He has NO INSURANCE ! ........I contacted my insurance and informed them, and they will be contacting me tomorrow.....the saga gets worse.....

Its amazing how many people drive in California without it. I remember in NYC, the Dmv sends you a letter asking for your plates back, if you let your insurance lapse.....wish it was like that over here.....

Get a lawyer if your insurance company won't sue the bastard. You shouldn't have to lose money because he's an idiot.

I always thought it was illegal to drive anywhere in anystate without insurance? If the guy didn't have money to pay his insurance bill, I doubt he has any money to sue for. HOPEFULLY your insurance will pick it up, and he'll probably lose his liscence.

Wow you have one of my favorite cars on here. The most important thing is that your gf is still alive. As beautiful as the car was it can be replaced. As far as the a$$hole not having insurance, your insurance will go after him. I remember my ex-gf totaled her car and I all I wanted to do was get the Alpine out of her POS Tercel and they wouldn't let us cause they said it was attatched to the car. We were able to get it back for less $20 from the claim. Farmer's Insurance did not handle her case very well at all. I have had State Farm insurance for 11yrs now and they have been awesome! They handled my claim trouble free. Sorry to hear about your loss bro. I always thought it was hella cool that you took a picture of your car at the dealership.

We stated.

Kloogy, once your period of mourning is over, it's time for an upgrade. Im thinking: 2k5 G35S 6MT or 2k5 TL A-spec 6MT.

Hey Kloogy, I know how it pi$$es you of when people wrong you. Thats the story of my life. If you have full coverage insurance, they'll take care of you. I'm not sure who your insurance provider is, but I'm with farm bureau and when my 99' accord ( no jokes please) got totaled out by an 18 wheeler. I only lost about a 1,000 after it was all said and done. All of the add on equipment was covered since I had receipts showing the cost. The only thing not covered was the $700 K40 radar detector. My agent gave me a go to hell look when I asked them to cover it. LOL. Then on top of that the towing company ripped me off and stole my CD case with 175 CD's and a $5,000 engagement ring I was going to give away that night. I feel you brother. It will pass and things will get better. If your insurance company tries to rip you get a lawyer and then when its done drop them. Here's a pic of my shafting

My insurance didn't go up with a $29,000 claim. It wasn't my fault. Its there responsibilty to go after the person at fault. If your insurance company does that to you, your not in their best interest.
