I know this is a weird question, but bear with me...I have new tires and rims on my 2K2 SE (and yes, I'll post pics of my nifty-kewl new Enkeis as soon as the lowering springs I have on order show up) and a really nice and supremely patient guy clear across the continent has offered to purchase the stock rims from me. Only problem is finding a tire shop who'll take the tires off after I'm off work (yeah, that late), without charging me an arm and a leg (I'll settle for just an arm), or turning me away after first saying they could do it, but then telling me that they can't because "our equipment can't handle seventeens." ("What? #*&$^#*! WalMart!!")

So, to keep this poor guy from waiting any longer for a shipping cost estimate, does anyone here know how much a stock 17" rim weighs?

Well, I'd recommend taking the time to find someone that would do that for ya. The blowtenzas, even when brand new, are not worth the extra shipping cost if you were to leave them on the wheels and send them all together........
