Ok, this is really getting scary. Way too many accidents happening lately. Sorry to hear about this man. Glad you're doing ok other than the sore neck and the frustration of your situation.
That's it, I'm riding the bus.

Hate to say it but after a certain age old people should not be able to drive and I mean really old...
out here in Tucson we have these snow birds that come down here driving around with Oxygen tanks attached to them with there big Mercury’s cutting me off and they don’t use there blinkers
on top of that AZ licence has an outrageous expiration date mine don’t expire till 2047

I think we had the same thing happen last year about this time. Lots of accidents in a short amount of time.

This is why I'm so scared to mod my new car. Cuz theres too many idiots out there that can't drive. Oh well.. good luck to you. Squeeze as much money as you can from the insurance company (auto and medical).

Sore neck = whip lash. That's what I got from the drunk driver. When a drunk driver totaled my 89 piece of sh*t ford probe, my lawyer took care of everything and then I was able to take a nice vacation to Vegas and buy a fully loaded 2k SE with the settlement I received!!

First off I want to say sorry for your loss KC, we all know that it stings...

Second, in the past week, I have almost gotten into 3 Major accidents here in Charlotte. Thank God for quick reflexes and my powerslot rotors and new pads, my max would be dead without them. I don't know what it is. I am constantly paranoid of other drivers now because so many people just don't pay attention to the road when they are driving. ( god I hate cell phones combined with SUV's, they have no consideration for other drivers.) It's kinda weird that all of this is happening at this time of year, just like last year. Do people everywhere just freak out in the fall?

In case no one has noticed, this has happened last year around the same time....many people crashed their maximas and got G35s or Zs.
