Remote control Key Fob for 2000 Maxima SE

Does anyone know where I can purchase a new remote control key Fob for my 2000 Maxima. Also does anyone know where I can get the programing instructions for a new remote.

got an extra remote and key from ebay. Do a search for the programming or go to:
http://www.courtesyparts.com/keys/remotes.html
find the 2000 remote (says xterra remote), click more info, then click programming instructions....
