Moving up in the world

Well I have had my 95 5-speed for 2 years and enjoyed it but I wanted something newer so on a whim I decided to see what 5th gens were going for. I just happened to find my perfect combination just two hours away for a great price. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

I love her

Oh and she needs a bath and the exhaust is only temporary.

Projectors need to go going to try to find decently priced stock units, and the tinted windshield is beyond me. It wierd tint too it and the back windshield all light coming through it is green. I am going to have to fix that too.

Nice Maxima. If not a secrete - how much did you pay and how many miles does it have?
Thanks!

Yeah, fix those few things because tinted windshield is a federal offence (unless your eye doctor hooked you up) and even the rest of the tint is not exactly legal (don't know how strict your Duval cops are). Other than that, update your car info on the left and enjoy...

Nah I actually want to get my windshield tinted, but I'll make sure my doctor says I have sensitive eyes first I know tint isn't that big a deal over in Vegas, but down here I've been hassled more than once.

irish you know I think people post huge pics on purpose sometimes so that they can throw some smart remark in the thread title (56k go run a mile, take a nap, drink a coffee, eat a snack... even seen suck a lemon...) What is one to do.. I don't miss the old AOL days.

Welcome aboard. That painted grille reminds me of a Max that is/was on here. I wonder if this is his old car, but I can't remember his name though, or where he was from.

Yeah the lights are going to be the first thing that goes, I am going to go back to stock as soon as I find a pair for less than $1000 or get payed. I am also swapping out the exhaust the sound isnt bad it just looks horrible. I want to go with the black housing tailights (i believe they are aniversary edition, but bare with me I am new to 5th gens). I have to figure out why the fog lights dont work as they are the only thing that doesn't work. This afternoon I am switching to synthetic oil. So far I love driving this thing, really dogs my old max.

Ohh and the price was 15,000 but I had to drive for 3 hours to get it, no big deal.

how many miles are on it, and how much did you pay for it?

I just sold mine for $18,250 with everything but Nav, black/black leather, 6 speed..etc..

it had 37,000 miles on it..

Now the only question left is how did you find the car, because right when I started looking for a 5.5gen, I couldn't find a good deal anywhere in FL.
