I read the CALI - FED spec thread but.........

None of the website links worked and I cant find the follow up thread... want to know what happenned, in suspense her!!!! Is it possible? Is it worth it? Has this pre-cat problem since been erradicated?

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE????

from what i remember reading, it was successful but the results were not worth the effort put forth. if i remember correctly, the dyno difference was very slim. you would be better off getting hotshot or cattman headers, both of which would eliminate both precats.

(this thread was about to jump to page 3)

I really searched all night for like 4 hours total and culdn't find a follow up thread
but, maybe i just don't know where to look, I would hate it if the cali spec is limiting my engine

im not sure what other info you are looking for. to my knowlege, a follow up thread was not created because the difference was so minimal. the headers would be much less time consuming and cheaper to get rid of the precats for restriction and weight purposes.

oh, i guess nothing, desert pearl just said he was gonna start a new thread in sept 2001 after he tried it and post the dyno results, but his homestead site is down and that was like 3 years ago...

well, i'll take your word for it... whatever, i wanted to know
