HID 00Headlights or buy 02?

im intrested in getting some form of HID's. i know u can get kits for the stock 00 headlights, or i could get the 02 Stock HID's. the kit would be far less expensive, so thats the route id like to take, but would it be better to spend the extra money.

I plan on doing HID fogs as well, if that makes a difference

I choose the updated 02/03 HID look, a much more aggressive looking headlight, compared to the 00/01 IMHO. I ordered the 02/03 HID's from performance_depot on ebay, got the lights in a couple of days, and they look awesome!! Virtually the same exact look as the OEM HID's, not made by Nissan, made by a company called Depot. I hope to install them in a the next two weeks.

well if u HID ur 00 lights you will lose high beams. then you have to point the beam to the floor so the rest of us dont get blinded. but on the other hand 2k2+ headlights are know to mysteriously disapear off the maxima. so its up to you but i personally would go for the safer less effecive route and HID the 00 lights. i did do a I30 to I35 headlight swap but thats cause the 2k I30 and 2k2 I35 headlights have very minor differences not noticeable to a regular eye and they have to start stealing I35 lights god forbid.
