no, idea, but.... you might need to run the power for the display through the factory dimmer, not hard, PM me for write up. Although, only those with manula air would know whether or not there are lights, it's likely you could just plug and play, hardwire may be necessary though

good luck

May be posssible but very difficult. It's not plug-n-play. Auto has totally different wiring and sensors than manual.

its more money and labour then its worth.
you will need-
climate control unit
2 sensors (interior and exterior temp)
new wiring (ALOT)

Not worth it, also more things could go wrong with the digital.

i think manual is better since its just pressing a button.
i wanted to do auto, bought the auto climate controller, installed it and the wires did not fit. Basically 2 pairs of wires did fit but one wire harness had no where to go into so the unit did not power.

I analyzed the 01 FSM for climate controll, digital vs manual. There are quite a bit more wires going to the auto climate, you would need a whole dashboard wire harness, 2 sensors- photo sensor and incabin temp sensors, then the ambient temp sensor also if you would like to know the temp outside the car. I had a good deal on a auto climate controll head and tried it. Plugs are diff, even after modiffying the plugs and switchn the pins out the climate controll didn't work right. So I went back to manual.
