Yet another accident....(pic)

Ok so ino this is in the wrong forum but i figured u guys would apreciate this more then the 4th gen guys due to the last couple of 5th gen accidents. My girlfriend was driving in the city. She came to a stop sign, stopped, then went foward and this stupid girl in an suv hit her on the rear passenger side of the car. Her car was spun around to do a full 180. Obviously the suv was doing way over 25. I just hope the insurance companies see it as the Suvs fault. The cops werent sure.... heres the pic...she is ok by the way...no injuries other then being alil shook up....

Accident

Sorry to hear about your accident. I work at a body shop here in Hawaii, and that damage looks pretty heavy. I hope the car doesn't total out. My guess is that you'd have to change the right quarter panel, right rear door shell, rt rear wheel, not to mention wheel alignment and probable suspension damage. Also, I'm guessing the shop would do a blend on the rear deck lid, and the right front door to ensure a color match. I'm guessing the damage would be about $4500.00. Good luck!

How could the cops not tell who's fault it is? You can't drive your car sideways into things...

deagle ino man...so u guys think it will be the other persons fault? i hope so cuz theres no collision insurance on it...the only excuse the other person could use is that they could say she ran the stop sign, which she didnt...
