projector headlights

Help!!!! I have a 2k1 Maxima and I bought a pair of projector headlights. I was wondering if it is possible to change the bulbs in the headlights? I want to get a blue/purple bulb to replace the bulb that's there now.

well your first mistake was buying those headlights.
and why would you want blue/purple bulbs?

Dude, you didn't buy those ebay/custom enterprise Rejector Deadlights, did you? There have been a multitude of discussions here from people that have bought them, and taken them back off because of exceedingly poor light output. Hell, I almost bought a pair myself, until I heard from everyone here about how bad they are. Replacing bulbs isn't going to help you. Next time, look thru the info here, or ask, before you buy. The info here on the org is invaluable!!

Yep, I almost fell into the "ooo, cheap HID knockoff" fever too and bought some, but I asked first and found out that they were major crapola.

Just as a footnote, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is

I have them and are pretty satisfied with them. I didn't have the want or the money to blow on HID's and the stock 00 & 01 headlights look like crap. I am not dissapointed in any way, I DO know that you get what you pay for. As I said on my cardomain site, they're not hid's but they look a hellova lot better than stock. and before anyone says it, I'm not trying to pretend that I have HID's , that's just gay.
