ABS Light Came On on Maxima SE 2001

I went to the dealers and one of the guys looked up the code for me and it said
RR RH SENSOR (OPEN) Can someone help me is a faulty Sensor or do i need to replace it? Car has no warranty 61,000 miles and dealer told me $500 to have it repaired which i cant afford. I would appreciate if someone can guide me on how to proceed. RR RH SENSOR cost $151.78
Do you think it is bad per the dignostic result or what. Do I have to change it if i do not what can happen.

Can someone help me with the aboce ABS light error diagnostic code RR RH SENSOR (OPEN) Does this mean it need replacing or adjusting or something else please advise
