I have this noise I would like you guys to listen to let me know what it is. I got it off a fellow org member so that I could check with my mechanic friend what it is.

motor mounts maybe. metal rubbing on metal when the motor returns to a less torqued position. just my guess.

 

Does that mean the motor mounts are gone and need replacing?

 

im not too sure, are u 5spd or auto? my motor mounts havent gone out so im not too familiar with the sound.
